Chef Del Lima promises to bring you an unforgettable dining experience with his twist on some classics and a few of his new favorite creations. Housed in a fully renovated 5,000 sq. ft. building, Hooks & Chops offers a globally influenced cuisine, an extensive wine list, and a lounge area where you can enjoy live music and our Bar Bites and specialty drinks.
Just as our menu offers a balance of choices from the Land & Sea, our wine list reflects this synergy as well. We bring you offerings from every corner of the globe, with an emphasis on wines that complement our menu. We offer perfect wine pairings for every order, such as a clean crisp Riesling to accompany our fresh seafood or a big brooding Cabernet Sauvignon to enjoy with one of our Prime steaks.
